Parade of Home – Renovation

An expansion project for the 2019 Washington Parade of Homes.

In this project the owner of the home purchased on a street that was a future site of the 2019 Washington Parade of Homes. The Home was very dated and the footprint of it was not conducive to the new owner’s lifestyle.

This project was to take an existing 4500 square foot home to a 5800 square foot home with large entertaining areas featuring double islands, huge pantry, Mudroom with bathroom, large sleeping quarters in the south wing of the home for guests including 2 spacious rooms with connecting bathroom, and 4 built in bunk beds for guest’s children.
